Products sold by Core-TCG are:

What We Will Never Knowingly Sell

Core-TCG does not knowingly sell:

  • Counterfeit trading cards or products;

  • Fake booster boxes, packs, or collections;

  • Unauthorized reproductions;

  • Resealed products represented as factory sealed;

  • Tampered products represented as new;

  • Searched booster packs represented as untampered;

  • Repacked products represented as original factory products; or

  • Imitation products represented as genuine Pokémon TCG or One Piece Card Game merchandise.

If a product is sold as new and factory sealed, customers should receive it in the original manufacturer packaging applicable to that product.

Authenticity starts with sourcing.

Core-TCG works with suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and other established sourcing channels to obtain genuine trading card products.

Our sourcing network may vary depending on the product, release, availability, and region. This allows us to offer customers access to new releases, restocks, limited products, and products that may be difficult to obtain through standard retail channels.

Regardless of the sourcing channel, our standard remains the same:

Where applicable, products are sold in their original manufacturer packaging.

Factory-Sealed Products

Products described on our website as factory sealed are intended to be supplied in their original manufacturer packaging.

Packaging methods vary between manufacturers and individual products. Some products may use shrink wrap, security seals, cardboard packaging, adhesive seals, or other manufacturer-specific packaging methods.

Minor manufacturing or packaging variations do not necessarily indicate that a product has been opened or tampered with.

For collectible products, the external packaging itself may also have minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from manufacturing, distribution, transportation, or storage.

Unless a product is specifically sold as damaged or otherwise described, Core-TCG does not intentionally open factory-sealed products before shipment.

No Searching or Resealing

Core-TCG does not open sealed booster products for the purpose of searching packs and then reseal or represent those products as unopened.

Products sold as sealed are not knowingly weighed, searched, mapped, resealed, or otherwise manipulated by Core-TCG to alter the customer's expected product experience.

We believe sealed trading card products should reach customers in the condition in which they were intended to be sold.

Product Inspection

Where appropriate, our fulfillment process may include a visual inspection of products before shipment.

This may include checking for:

  • Obvious packaging damage;

  • Broken or unusual seals;

  • Significant crushing or tearing;

  • Visible signs of tampering; and

  • Incorrect products or variants.

These checks are intended to help identify obvious issues before an order leaves our fulfillment network.

A visual inspection does not involve opening products that are intended to remain factory sealed.

Collector-Focused Handling

We know that condition can matter almost as much as authenticity when purchasing sealed trading card products.

Our team therefore takes reasonable care when storing, handling, and preparing collectible products for shipment.

Particular attention is given to products such as:

  • Booster Boxes;

  • Elite Trainer Boxes;

  • Pokémon Center products;

  • Ultra-Premium Collections;

  • One Piece Booster Boxes;

  • Premium Collections; and

  • Limited or highly allocated releases.

Orders are packaged with the goal of protecting products during normal transportation and delivery.

However, shipping carriers and logistics providers operate independently from Core-TCG, and minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging can occasionally occur during transit.

Authenticity Concerns

If you receive a product and have a genuine concern regarding its authenticity, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate, we may request:

  • Your order number;

  • Clear photographs of the product;

  • Photographs of the packaging and seals;

  • Product codes, barcodes, or identifying information;

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging; and

  • A description of your concern.

Please do not open, alter, remove seals from, or dispose of the product or its packaging while an authenticity claim is being reviewed.

We will review legitimate authenticity concerns and determine the appropriate next steps based on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
